Paula is an experienced FTSE 250 Plc Executive and Non-Executive Board Director having served on a number of Boards for large-scale, global organizations with an emphasis in technology, engineering, and manufacturing over the last 15 years.

Prior to joining Spirent in September 2016, Paula was CFO for John Menzies Plc, a $3bn revenue business with 35,000 employees operating in over 30 countries, and CFO of technology consulting leader Ricardo Plc. Paula has also held senior leadership roles at AWG Plc and BAA Plc, she was Business Development Director for Rolls-Royce Transmission & Distribution group, responsible for Sales Key Account management, marketing and M&A and leading on the graduate program to develop talent.

Paula is also Non-Executive and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Keller Group Plc, the world’s largest geotechnical technology specialist with 10,000 staff supporting the construction industry.
